We experienced flooding due to a pipe breaking in our home. The water got in the walls, the floors, joists, carpeting just everywhere! We were very upset to say the least. From the minute that James showed up to assess the damages we felt confident that we had made the right decision calling Blue Line. He was very knowledgeable, empathetic and caring. He explained the entire process, everything that would need to be done to the point where we really understood what they were going to do to make our home right. In the end, things were back better than they were, the work was completed with a sense of urgency and compassion. We would highly recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation.
