We teach customized, goal-based Pilates the way Joseph Pilates intended it, as a complete method using the reformer, mat, Cadillac, barrels, chairs, and other pieces of equipment. We certified through the program set up by Joseph's chosen protege, Romana, and use top-of-the-line Gratz brand equipment.
I love seeing the quick and lasting improvements in my student's strength, flexibility, and posture!
