FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A lot of it is getting to know what exactly you want so setting goals is something I like to do before we start any kind of training work. On the grooming side it's figuring out what kind of styles a client likes and seeing if those styles are realistic for their pets coat type and condition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in animals even as a child I was bottle feeding calves at 3. I started my first and only job at a vet clinic at 15 and moved up through the ranks to doing grooming which I have done since 2011 I got into training when I was 15 and took in my first rescue dog it has since blossomed into a passion I honestly love teaching dogs different things and working with them to achieve goals
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always talk to them first make sure they actually enjoy what they do and it's not just a paycheck. If they don't have a passion for what they are doing the work quality will reflect that.
