When we first went to Quality Floors we were greeted with friendliness and smiles. Jessica Gelmacher who took care of us was so helpful. We told her we needed pet friendly kitchen flooring and carpeting . She showed us several options and gave us samples to take home so we could decide. After we decided what we wanted Dan came to do the measurements. He did an excellent job! Within two to three weeks the work was being done. The first men that came put Coretex in the kitchen,hallway and half bath. They did a beautiful job.Then the next two did the dining room,living room, stairway and second floor hallway. The young man told us that Mark was the best at laying carpet. He was absolutely right and I’m sure he was learning a lot from Mark.(Sorry I don’t remember his name but he too did an excellent job . He was also very pleasant and polite. When we come in our home it is so beautiful and the workmanship was gorgeous. We went to several places but decided on Quality Floors because everyone that we came into contact with were friendly,helpful,and courteous. We will definitely recommend Quality Floors to everyone. My daughter has alll ready done this, plus recommended they ask for Mark. We want to thank everyone from the beginning to end for making our home beautiful and gorgeous . We recently built a new home and were having problems picking tile for our floors and shower. we contacted Bryan and the problem was over. not only did he take care of it he delivered it to my door for the contractors to move ahead. Thanks Bryan

Quality Floors did our kitchen backsplash, and they were excellent to deal with. They were responsive when we called, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the job.
