What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair. I guarantee my work 100% and am insured. There are many contractors out there that may take shortcuts to keep their pricing low. I will not every take a shortcut I will always do the right thing. But with that price comes peace of mind knowing your in good hands.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and introduce myself. Look over the job and speak to the customer about exactly what they need and expect. Then I come up with a plan to meet those needs and expectations.!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years in the trade, licensed in the state of CT. Fire alarm certified, cat6 and fiber certified. OSHA and cpr certified.
