- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I recognize that it's difficult at times to get a good assessment of a potential job based on a simple description in a quote request. Some customers aren't really sure what the issue is in order to explain it. So I'm always willing to negotiate pricing with customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold multiple current licenses from Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and ITIL.
