- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard charge is $80/hr; however, depending on the details of the service provided, I can provide a fixed price on a per assignment basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to speak either through the chat function or over the phone with new clients and potential clients to get a better idea of what heir need are and how I can best serve those needs. Once we reach an agreement for the terms of services, I like to communicate with my customers as often as they would like. I choose to let my clients' needs guide the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Masters of Science in Accounting as well as two Bachelors of Science, Accounting and Business Administration with a minor in Management, from the University of New Orleans. I also hold an active CPA license through the State of Louisiana.
