- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know all too well about living on a budget. I'm willing to work with you and your finances, just talk to me about it and be up front and honest. The price is a flat fee for my visit. No need to worry about sticking strictly to an hour appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*** Guaranteed change with your dog in the first appointment!*** If there isn't improvement, you don't pay. I don't waste anyone's time. With the first meeting, I immediately want to meet your dog and start getting to know them. This will allow me to view their temperament and the concerns you have voiced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No certification or professional training. Life long animal lover, trainer, owner, groomer, "therapist" haha, and more. Just like people, there is no manual for training dogs. Their temperaments, anxieties, and energy levels are all different just like us. I specifically train your dog to how THEY prefer to be interacted with. I do not work on the basic commands that include sit, stay, heel, etc. on the first visit unless this is what you are specifically looking for. You have a specific problem and I am there to help resolve that problem, not teach your dog skills that you won't need or use.
