- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a “complete start-up package” for e-commerce entrepreneurs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I typically schedule a 10-minute call to discuss customer needs. Once we determine that we are a good fit, the client and I will set up a date and time for the 1-hour strategy call where we review details of the project, specific client needs, and set a timeline. From there, the client and I work together to create a final product for delivery.
