FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The scope of the project will alter the price. If the project can be done by a single person with minimum gear, the price will be lower. The larger the project, however, the more people and gear will be required. As a result, the price will go up (sub-contractor rates, equipment rental, etc.). That being said, we are always willing to discuss our rates and pricing possibilities based on a customer's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make sure we fully understand the customer's vision, and to understand how and where they want the final product presented. We want to work with customers to guarantee we match their vision as close as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Arts in Digital Video Production (TCOM) from Ball State University, one of the top programs in the country. Most of our crew members received the same or similar training.
