FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know I always take a material deposit before I schedule the project for work. That way it covers all materials and cost to start the project. I accept the material deposit after the contract is looked over and signed by the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So when a customer chooses me to do a project for them obviously the first step is sending the estimate out to the customer. Once the customer accepts the estimate I put together a contract. When the customer signs the contract I receive a material deposit. Once I receive the material deposit I will schedule the customer and purchase the materials for the project. Once all the materials are on site I will start work on the project. Once the project is completed I walk through the project with the customer to make sure they are happy with everything. Once the customer is happy I have the customer sign off the project as completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have helped my dad who was a contractor from the time I was 14 until I was 18, until I started working for a different construction company. I have been in business since I was 20 I’m 27 now. I’ve definitely learned a lot. I learn something new every single day. In this line of work your always running in to things that have been done 100 different ways so your always learning new ways to do things, and meeting people that teach you new things.
