- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum engineering charge is $350 for an addition or remodeling project, $600 and up for a house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide the engineering services for the structural design of a custom home, addition or remodeling project. We work with the customers designer or one of our preferred designers. Once the layouts are completed the designer will provide us the plans for our engineering design services. We make the required engineering changes, the designer updates the plans with the changes then we sign and seal the plans. At this point the customer can submit the plans for a building permit.
