I had all of my vehicles done with Black Diamond. I learned that they did commercial and residential work as well. They tinted the back portion of my home that took a ton of sun in the afternoon. I was actually amazed at the difference it made. I dealt with Kyle and the quality of work and professionalism was the same from when I got my vehicles tinted. The windows all look like they came from the factory already tinted! Huge difference and the appearance is flawless. I was not sure what type of tint or what % tint to use, but Kyle knew exactly what to use and I am glad I listened. Perfection! Thanks guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for window film varies by which film is selected and what, if any, specialized equipment is needed. Most films range in price from $5 sq ft and can go up from there depending if they are decorative, solar, security and and if any specialty installation products are needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will initially identify the current issues or problems they are experiencing at their home or business and then we will set up an in person consultation to look at their windows and go over some of the films that will help address the problems for them. After this, we will measure the windows and prepare an estimate, which is either emailed or discussed over the phone. If the proposal is accepted, we would set up a suitable installation day and complete the requested work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have attended numerous trainings hosted by film manufacturers in the areas of solar film installations and security film installations. We have also utilized continuing education and online webinars to further our knowledge about our products that we offer.
