I highly recommend Steve for any construction/maintenance job. I cannot tell you what a blessing he was to us. He has many years of construction experience with both large and small companies. He is more than qualified. I had to do my homework and check him out and I heard nothing but good reviews from his past customers and acquaintances. I have had many compliments on the work he did and my wife and I really love our new addition. I would guess that like me, you have had some horrible experiences with contractors. He is honest, punctual, and dependable. He completed the job on time and actually UNDER budget! The work he did for us was just exactly what we wanted and he followed the plans to the exact detail. He cut no corners and used the highest quality materials. After the first two days I was able to go to work and not have to worry about anything. I even trusted him to work alone on my property which I NEVER do. Dealing with Steve was a pleasure. After working with many contractors, Steve did not send a crew of unknowns; he was there all day every day to make sure everything went perfectly. Steve followed through with contacting us back, came out to measure the projects (front porch/step railing & new interior stairs to loft), provided quote for both jobs to be done at the same time. He arrived on time with materials & was extremely professional. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any possible future jobs!
