I do not have a standard price, but would be happy to discuss it with the client so that it benefits us both

I have my professional cosmetology license, I have been to New York several times. I have worked and become certified by Ouidad in New York. I have been trained and personally use Redken, Framesi, Scruples, Bubble and Bubble and Ouidad
