- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to starting a workout regimen, I will meet with the client for a fitness assessment that will include a questionnaire and a short workout to see how the person moves and what deficiencies they may have and what fitness condition they are in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a 500 hour personal training course to get educated correctly in the field through NPTI (National Personal Training Institute). I am certified as a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer. I have taken various continuing education credits since. TFW (Training for Warriors) TRX suspension and functional training and MetaFit HIIT training. I have a varied background of fitness fundamentals that will keep workouts fresh challenging and exciting. I have an athletic background mainly playing organized baseball throughout my childhood and young adult life. I have been exposed to high levels of athletic training and I would like to deliver the knowledge I have gained over the years to those that seek help from a professional.
