We prefer to give clients a complete cost forecast for their projects based on objective milestones, instead of hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an NDA, then phone call, and will write a formal proposal based on that. Sometimes it takes a few conversations and emailing files to fully understand the project. We seek to create a shared vision of the ends in mind, and path forward.
