FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate for my services. I am able to meet one on one with my clients, or work remotely by Skype or FaceTime, and creating virtual closets and catalogs for them to shop on-line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we always start with a phone consultation to figure out their specific needs. I then follow up with a questionnaire to help us both get focused on our goals. Are you looking to shop your closet to reimagine the pieces that you already have? Are you interested in updating your look and not sure where to start? Has shopping always intimidated you and you want to learn? Or do you hate the process and are looking for a partner to do the shopping for you?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my career working on TLC's What Not To Wear as the talent stylist. I dressed the hosts. Being on that set was like taking a master class in dressing all types of women. I watched (and listened) as Stacy London and Clinton Kelly thought through a woman's lifestyle and body to suggest what would work best for her. I then worked as a freelance stylist for over 10 years. I styled advertising campaigns, television hosts, catalogs, ecommerce, and working one on one with private clients. I spent 2013-2016 as the Style Director for dressbarn.
