When I actually thought about how I would express to her the circumstances of our arguments the reasons for my reactions seemed so trivial that it got me to thinking the desire to react differently might not be as difficult as it seemed before our discussion this morning.

Sherry was nice to work with. She was available for each of our sessions and even went out of her way on more than one occasion to see how my weekly progress had been. She did a great job making sure that I was the one making my own decisions and action steps. At one point, I was really stuck during a session, and she made a suggestion but was very thoughtful to ask for permission first. Thanks Sherry.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always ask that you pay for your sessions up-front. Be ready to commit to your 55 minute sessions. There are no refunds. I send invoices through SquareUp. You receive the invoice in your email and can easily pay it by credit card. SquareUp is very user-friendly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Welcome! One of the things I most enjoy about life coaching is that it is not about fixing people. Instead, a life coach functions as a partner and an advocate, helping you live out your own values and dreams for your life. You will be the one setting the agenda for our relationship and taking responsibility for making the changes. I will focus our conversations, helping you to go deeper, reach higher, and explore the strategies and support structures you need to succeed.
