- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always ask that you pay for your sessions up-front. Be ready to commit to your 55 minute sessions. There are no refunds. I send invoices through SquareUp. You receive the invoice in your email and can easily pay it by credit card. SquareUp is very user-friendly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Welcome! One of the things I most enjoy about life coaching is that it is not about fixing people. Instead, a life coach functions as a partner and an advocate, helping you live out your own values and dreams for your life. You will be the one setting the agenda for our relationship and taking responsibility for making the changes. I will focus our conversations, helping you to go deeper, reach higher, and explore the strategies and support structures you need to succeed. I am a certified Professional Life Coach through New Life Coach, Inc. as of May 1, 2016. I have a Minor in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage, May 1996
