- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to give our customers an extremely valued price without skimping on the service. We are the newer kids on the block and want to get our name spread thru the community not by advertising but thru raving reviews from our clients. Our company motto is "we create memories". We strive to make your event memorable for the customer and their guests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is unique. We usually begin the process by phone. We can determine quickly the scope of the event. Most simple events can be planned with 1 or 2 phone calls. More complex events can require questionnaires and multiple meetings. We do whatever is necessary to fully understand, plan, and schedule to make the event perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always find this question interesting because every event is just another learning experience. We never stop learning not only from courses but thru our events. We strive hard to make each event better than the last.
