Krista has amazing energy. She has such A beautiful, kind heart. Just being around her makes you feel happy. Her energy work has helped me to feel love for myself and to treat others around me with kindness and respect. Her greatest gift to me is helping to open up my heart chakra. I completely trust Krista because she is non-judgementAl and loving. I have had the honor to be in a 200 hour training for power yoga with Krista. She not only is an amazing energy healer but is so open to learn and to teach. I feel so blessed to have met her and to have her in my life. I went to Krista after experiencing terrible headaches and hip pain. I had been meditating regularly and it just didn't seem to do the trick. Krista used crystals on my chakras and I could actually feel them working. I left feeling clear and she was also able to offer me some insight about slowing down, seems I had been working myself too hard ((not surprised)). Something about her lightness helped me accept and receive, she was incredibly sweet and grounded. I can say that I not only felt better, but I was able to incorporate a lot of the advice she offered.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have approximate pricing for hourly rates, but am open to sliding scale when appropriate. I feel that my work has significant value and as I result I stay clear and focus on my work every day. This dedication and energy exchange is something that you will feel and notice and will greatly benefit from during our meetings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please let me know any areas of your body or soul that you seek special attention with. I want to get to know you and work with you, helping you to feel comfortable. Send me a message or maybe you received one from me. I will send you a quote but am open to sliding scale, so don't be shy.
