- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a flat rate ranging between $1000 and $5000 dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to start talking to a client at least 3 months in advance. We ask you a lot of questions and get to know you and exactly what you are looking for. We also like to come out and see the project space prior to the day that we will be shooting video.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan has a degree in Video Production and I have been working in events since 2004.
