Introduction: I am a small businessman who has been in the HVAC industry from all sides since 1984. I suppose I stand out the most by living up to my commitments. I realized several years ago that if I would just return a call or an email I would be miles ahead of my competition. This is one of the biggest complaints I hear from my new customers. They were surprised and happy I "bothered" to return a call. This has been a family business since day one and I am proud to be part of it. As I have "aged" in this business, I have also enjoyed watching the "new blood", yes, millennials, enter and transform this industry. I must admit, I don't always understand them, however, I believe we are in good hands.
