- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to understand my clients goals and personal needs first and foremost. I think it is important to develop a plan together. I encourage my clients to involve their spouses in making important decisions. I take my time and educate my clients throughout the process of working together.

7 years experience in personal & business tax preparation 5 years experience book-keeping: bank reconciliation, payroll management, & leger reports 2 years experience in loan origination: home sales & purchases Licenses: Series 7 & 63, & Insurance State Licenses: NH, NJ BS Degree earned from University of Vermont: studies in economics, statistics, advanced calculus, & social sciences Studied at Oxford University-England: international social policy, political science, & German history
