- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With our existing customers, we work by the hour. We can provide estimates, or contract price for each job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a walk through of the new customer's office well before the furniture arrives. This allows us to personally introduce ourselves, understand the scope of the job, and identify any obstacles in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the new owner of a company that has existed for 10 years. The former owner is still on staff and has 20 years experience. I graduated Ithaca College, was a VP at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and worked at Automated Financial Systems. The furniture installation business is a new venture for me (2016) and I have a strong drive to make it successful by doing quality work on time.
