- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I do. It will depend on travel required and other exceptions. My fees are zero to modest. I only charge a nominal fee for public speaking and a modest fee to businesses for EAP consulting on addiction program implementation and opiate diversion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them for information such as venue type, target audience type (addicted vs public), if they require a panel or looking for awareness, education, motivation, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life experience, first and foremost... As well as years as a successful corporate account executive, office manager and many other jobs, and classes in psychology
