- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are negotiable and will make every effort to meet your event's needs and budget. Most of the time I require half up front to the hold the date and the other half delivered the day of the presentation. I'm pretty easy to work with if you have special circumstances and need to discuss.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with the booker and other individuals in the organization to see what kind of event it is, what are the expectations or outcomes intended for the event, company or organization needs, details, etc. so that I can customize my presentation to your specific audience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's of science degree in Work Center Education and Development and have worked developing leaders for 30 years now including my time in the USAF.
