- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charger per guest and a small percentage on food, labor, equipment I will have to get if I don't have it discounts I always will offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know what they like to eat it's there party I'm the caterer so I'm going to cater to my customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in economics/ business and 2 culinary degrees and been working in restaurants for 15 years
