Introduction: I teach young adults, women and men how to defend themselves against muggers gunpoint and knife attacks and defensive quick moves that disable an attacker with one strike. I teach primarily how to disable an opponent . When the client assesses he/she is dealing with a life threatening incident I teach deadly force. We wear athletic sweat pants for most classes, so no uniform is necessary. Clients will receive a training certificate for10 hours of training. Growing people into confident defenders against thugs. I take pride in my student training with students progressing into more confident roles knowing they may never have to sue such techniques but should the situation arise, they are prepared. I will also teach within the class martial arts warm up exercises for legs, arms and identify the 8 parts of the human body that can be used to strike an opponent. I teach the force multiplier technique in using a simple hand maneuver that transfers 150 Lbs of force within a 12 inch transfer range.
