FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is taking time to get to know the individual. I have an initial consultation to learn all aspects of the clients likes and dislikes, and understand their comfort levels when it comes to fashion. I will ask all clients if they would like to come along with me when I go shopping or if they would rather not. Either is fine and I am comfortable doing both.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with an extremely broad spectrum of customers. I have worked with all ages both female and male. I have worked with mothers and fathers with a busy lifestyles, children, business men, women and more. I am used to the fast pace individual that does not have time to talk about what exactly they need, but just needs someone they can trust to get the job done asap, and with my experience in fashion and imagination I am able to cater the perfect outfit and deliver fast results for my clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Advice that I would give to a customer looking to hire a personal shopper like myself would be to make sure your shopper gives you the time and respect that you deserve. Make sure your shopper understands your likes and dislikes and is willing to stay within the lines. I have heard of stories from individuals that the personal shoppers they have hired completely changed who they were as a person. Find a personal shopper that is right for you and all your specific needs and wants.
