FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a working actor. I know how much we spend as an investment on our careers: acting classes, gym memberships, hair, makeup, clothes, headshots. It's the worst. So, I make it as easy as possible to shoot as much as possible on a budget. I'm not here to make you pay an arm and a leg. I'm here to get you the best photos possible without spending too much. We all know you're going to have to do it again in a year or less anyways...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a customer digitally first. I like to examine their brand online via Facebook, Instagram, and their acting profiles before shooting. I also love having a phone conversation so that I can understand exactly what we will be going for before the shoot date. Customers will come to the shoot camera ready (unless they've requested hair and makeup), and we will have a fun time experimenting with what works before hitting the ground running. Untouched photos will be ready for proofing within 24 hours with the turnaround for edits being dependant upon the number requested.
