Small shed roof needed drip edge, felt and shingles. Bob from Kelly's team came out the next day and did a great job at a reasonable price.

Kelly's team showed up on time and accomplished the roof repairs and gutters in a very professional manner. The foreman, Scott, never failed to explain what was happening and kept me informed throughout the project. I'm very pleased with the ressults.

I'll be using Kelly's again. They were on time, on budget and came up with no-nonsense solutions to the problems we encountered once we opened up the roof and walls. What we thought was a routine job became more complicated and they handled it beautifully.

What an experience we had for the last several months having Kelly's Team on our property. We hired them to put a metal roof on the building we were converting from a commercial office to a bed & breakfast on our farm. The price was right, so we hired them, only to later find out that they also wanted to bid on the entire renovation of the interior of the building.
We were taking bids from other contractors, and were met with pessimism and being told that they couldn't complete this project the way we envisioned. Scott was the only one who saw what we were trying to do, and was enthusiastic and optimistic throughout the entire process. We hired them and work began immediately.
We dealt solely with Scott from beginning to end, and as I was personally handling the plumbing, I got to work alongside him and Jason for many months. We got to know each other, and it was an absolute pleasure having them around.
For most weeks, Scott and Jason worked 6 days a week, sometimes until late in the evening. They put up walls, turned a closet into a stunning bathroom, opened up a few walls to make the home flow nicely, and bring in more light with a sliding door that overlooks our pond.
When the weather finally warmed up, they got up onto the roof, stripped off 2 layers of rotting shingles, and then installed the gorgeous metal roof. The building is L shaped, and of course has a cupola, so this was not as easy as working with asphalt, and they handled every challenge to our satisfaction.
When it was time to begin finishing up, they put down floating flooring throughout the whole home, installed our new kitchen cabinets, trimmed down all doors to fit with the new flooring, and finished up all the new trim work.
We have worked with many contractors, and this was the best experience we have ever had. Scott is professional, hard working, polite, funny, and a pleasure to work with. The job took a little longer than originally planned, but he stayed through the end and I will recommend him to anyone.
This guest house is going to be an AirBnB on our farm, overlooking our pond, and it looks like a million dollars thanks to Scott and his team. There are no words to express how thankful we are. We will be hiring them again. Thank you Kelly's Team!
