Our roof was complicated but the team was very professional. The house was tarped for protection from shingles being removed as well as the ground. The entire roof was completed in a day and a half. The crew cleaned before they left. They have a customer service suport as well. I recommended Pinnacle Roofing to my friend and my neighbor who was very impressed with the focus and skill of the team.

They repaired structural damage and installed a new flat roof as well as our main roof. The team was fast professional and cleaned up the yard well before leaving.

Our pricing is based on the roof size, complexity, and quality of the roofing materials selected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is setting up the initial consultation to match the customer's objectives with the latest materials. After inspection we will provide the homeowner with a detailed proposal. At that, pricing is explained as well as the options available to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are factory trained and attend continuing training/education annually to keep up with all of the manufacturers' requirements. These classes are required for to the homeowner to actually have a REAL warranty.
