- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each type of job requires a different type of pricing. The thing about remodeling in particular is in many ways it's more difficult than new construction and so it's difficult to price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like face to face meetings. I like to see the proposed work so that we are all in agreement with the work to be done. I may have suggestions on what also could help, this also helps to get the most accurate proposal for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High School diploma,Carpentry I&II , Previously Job Foreman positions,Maintenance Supervisor position, and 38 years of experience in the field.
