Fantastic, showed up on time and on the dot, called half an hour before arrival to inform me the ETA. Analyzed the damage and quoted a price which was very acceptable considering they make house call. Finished fast with work well done. The only thing is I wish I had gotten the repair person's name so I can give him a shout out and I didn't get a receipt.

I wasn't convinced he knew too much about treadmill repair. Looked on his phone to much for guidance. He wasn't prepared to fix the treadmill, he diagnosed the problem and that was it. After I called someone else to finish the job.
