- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all our clients on our pricing. We are happy to use all our clients parts and materials when mounting TV's or doing any other Electronics Installation. Depending on the project we charge flat rates or we charge by the hour for our work, and only charge by the exact amount of time it takes. Also we generally do not charge for travel time to and from your house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job we will talk by phone and email with our customer before the job starts. Sometimes we will even offer a free in home consultation to look over the area. We want your project to be as seamless and easy as possible, therefor we go over many things before hand so we know the exact scope of work when we arrive on your job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electronics School, Manufacturer training classes, online schools.
