- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices differs for every occasion. We also offer customized packages which differs for each client. Our pricing also includes fees that covers only the company, The Elite Party Planners services. This does not include payment for the vendors, entertainment , rental and supplies. For weddings we also offer bridal showers and bachelorette event planning free of charge We take great pride in honoring our client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new client process typically starts off with an initial consultation. Our consultations usually takes place at a coffee shop, venue, skype, phone or the clients home. During the consultation it's really all about our client. -We get to know them as much as possible and figure out how we can make this event special. -We also go over budget, dates, the event program and expectations -We also begin mapping out a checklist of everything that needs to be completed. Most of our consultation usually takes 2-3 hours.

All of our event planners have Years of experience managing events, decorating, organizing, creating fliers, invitations and much more.
