FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer new clients free meet and greet consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I arrange a phone call with the prospective client. During the phone call, I ask the client various questions about their pet, their home, and their neighborhood. The questions cover a wide range of topics, such as any medical, dietary, or behavioral concerns that the pet may have. I also inquire about any instructions for keeping your home secure. The safety and security of your pets and home is my number one priority. Clients are welcome to ask me any questions they have about my petcare experience and services. If we determine that we are a good fit, we conclude the phone call by scheduling a free meet and greet in the clients home. I typically like to schedule the meet and greet as soon as possible (within 48 hours of the phone call) However, I am flexible and willing to wait longer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with large dogs-both are very reactive and one of them has bloat, a significant, chronic gastrointestinal condition. I lived at home for a couple years after college and helped care for the dogs. They required pills, supplements, and following a specific behavior plan to minimize any reactivity towards other dogs.
