Brian was amazing! Had a very old Brother printer on which I had replaced every imaginable part. It died a few months ago. And after replacing all the parts I knew about it worked again for a few months. Then last week it died again. And I was truly at a loss.
I found Selective through Thumbtack. Brian got back to me within just a few minutes of opening my request. I told him exactly what had happened and he immediatley knew what the problem was! But we wouldn't know if he was right until he actually came and installed the part (a power supply unit apparently).
Well, he came today, installed the part and the printer fired right back up like new!
He also cleaned it up real good inside and checked everything on it and said I should be good for a while now.
I really appreciate him coming out so fast and doing such a great job!
