FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When pricing an event I look at four details before I decide on a quote. The details I look at include: event type, amount of guests, location and date. Location and date are mainly for my own record keeping; however, they do determine my availability. Event type and amount of guests are important in my pricing model; because, a wedding with 500 people usually requires more preparation and equipment than a 50 person party. More details on pricing are available on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I usually start by learning about the logistics behind the event. I often have a personal meeting or phone call with my client to ascertain the exact needs and wants of my customers. More information of my quoting process can be found on my website, or if anyone would like to contact me feel free to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently attending school for audio production at Milwaukee Area Technical College. I also have a little over four years of background DJing almost every type of party and event.
