- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All fees are based on 1 hour minimum and 30 minute increments thereafter. I bill only for productive time on your problem or solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I like to get to know my customer as a person and a businessman, and get to know their business needs and goals. Then, I can better focus on the technical needs that will best solve and/or serve the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience working in the IT industry contracting and providing services to homeowners, small and medium businesses and corporate giants. Areas of expertise are networking, system and network security, forensics, systems administration, VoIP telephony, desktops (Windows, Mac, Linux), and related software and peripherals. I have contracted for such known names as American Express, Cold Stone Creamery (Kahala Brands), and other well known companies.
