- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would like to have a set price for everyone. Due to different behaviors and types of dogs we train or pet sit. Our prices fluctuates on each and every dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Wagging Tails Pet Services offers an in-home or a location of your choice for a Meet & Greet for all new clients. This visit provides you with the opportunity to meet me, ask questions, and observe my chemistry with your pets while I clarify your instructions and requests. Meet & Greets typically last between 30-60 minutes and can be scheduled to fit your busy schedule. All Meet & Greets will occur in the comfort of your home or a location of your choice. If everything is mutual then we can proceed to accept the quote and booking request. We will set a date for the service requested on a specific date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are currently a member with the National Association Of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) We are also undergoing and testing for certification. We are also getting a certification on CPR Time To Pet: is a modern Pet Sitting Software we use for our customers and makes our business a lot smoother and easier for the client.
