FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer both standard packages of services and also a la carte services. I understand that everyone has their own individual preferences and budgets. I want this to be a simple process that achieves the results my clients want. Please visit my website carolinecartier.com for bridal and event pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually talk by phone with a potential client, providing them information about my services and pricing. They can visit my website for additional information. I will then send a proposal for services based on our conversation. I will then send an invoice for the Non-refundable deposit to Save the Date (it is applied to the final balance) to secure my services for their event date. If a trial is scheduled, they receive the contract with more detailed information. If a trial is not scheduled, the contract will be emailed with a return time we have agreed upon. There is always room for changes to services (+/-) for Bridal Party the day of the event. The contract covers my obligations and the Bride's services with additional services on an as needed day of event request.
