Introduction: Massage We enjoy making each session with our clients all about them. We have been working in massage for almost a year and love all my clients and making them feel wonderful. We enjoy finding those problem areas and attacking with a vengeance! We love working to help relieve muscle tightness, knots/adhesions, stress and just the need to relax! Our positive energy and our love for massage makes your time with Cloud9 Wellness one to remember. Our clients leave differently than when they came. We perform Therapeutic, Swedish, Pre-Natal, Couples, Kansa Wand facials & massage, cold stone facials, body wraps, and Reflexology. We also have several spa enhancements we offer to our clients such as peppermint scalp massage, hot towel hand or foot exfoliation, hot stones and spa wraps. Health Coaching 3 month is $150 per month ~ We meet twice monthly for 1 hour via phone or live. Teach you about different types of foods, supplements, go over primary foods and the circle of life. Show YOU how to take back control of your life as it pertains to food and lifestyle. This includes all handouts, and material/samples/giveaways I deem pertinent for your success. 6 month $250 per month - All the above plus access to your Coach weekly beyond your hourly monthly visits. You can reach out to me via email, phone to discuss your concerns, issues or just to vent. You also are entitled to purchase all supplements at cost. Reiki sessions to help promote stress reduction, relaxation and promote healing. I enjoy and take pride in helping people to feel better without traditional medicine, surgery and the like. We have been given things we need to heal ourselves, we just need to learn how to tap into it. We love what we do! We love that our hands can provide a healing touch, a need to relax and relieve stress. Massage is the study of anatomy in Braille and our hands are the eyes... I don't know where to start except to say that my massage, given to me by Valerie, was one of the best massages that I've ever had and I've had plenty, she was magnificent. The expertise was evident in every thing she did, from the gentleness on my face to the firmness when getting out the knots in my shoulder blade and the medium massage on my feet and hands felt wonderful. When she was finished I truly felt like I was floating and I could feel that my stress was removed. I not only felt stress free, I felt rejuvenated. I am seriously planning on tightening up my budget so I can get a massage done at Living Well by Val on a regular basis, because that was just what the doctor ordered.

My body was a mess before I saw Ms. Val. I hadn't had a massage in over a year . My back had stress knots, tension and swelling due to stress. I was also having trouble standing up straight and sleeping, being an on air model at QVC that was a problem. Since my session with Ms. Val I'm able to sleep better, drive longer and I feel amazing!! To everyone reading this please don't ignore the signs of stress build up in your body, go see Ms.Val for all your holistic needs!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are interviewed to get all pertinent information to be sure we do the correct type of massage. Once this information is obtained I allow my hands to tell me what is going on with their bodies and address those issues. We do all er can to turn the "new client" into a regular client!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold 2 degrees one in science the other in health, certified Reiki practitioner and certification in holistic health coaching. I am a member of the American Association for Drugless Practitioners. I received my massage certification from Rizzieri and have worked a several spas/salons.
