- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly maintenance for residential pools is typically $200/month, chemicals included. Most repairs are done on an hourly basis of $80/hr. Larger jobs may be quoted as a lump sum amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When servicing a new account, we will create a new work order with the customers info and a short description of the service requested. Usually within a day or two, the service technician will come out to diagnose the problem or to perform an initial inspection if weekly maintenance is requested. The customer is not required to be present, as long as we are able to access the pool and equipment. There is no need for the customer to change their schedule to accomodate us, unless they would like to discuss anything in person. Depending on the issue/ problem, we will contact the customer to explain the options and cost of repair. After the repair or service is completed, we will send an invoice electronically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a newly formed business to the area, but have been in the pool industry since 2007.
