I would recommend Russell in a heartbeat having also met and trained with a couple of the other trainers I am very satisfied with him and his professionalism. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.S. in Physical Education from the University of Alaska Anchorage. My personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM). I am also a Certified Stength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was a high school athlete that sustained a serious injury and had to learn how to rehabilitate my injury. It sparked an interest in the field. I ultimately went to college, ran for the track team for a little and then got a education in exercise and health science.
