- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the following: Small group sessions that last 1 1/2 hours and include cardio, strength and flexibility work. $185 per month for one session per week, $355 per month for 2 sessions per week. One-on-one sessions that last 1 hour and are tailored to the clients' goals. $70 per session and the monthly fee depends on how many sessions are booked in that month. Power Plate 30 minute session. $35 per session and the monthly fee depends on how many sessions are booked in that month. Clients pay by the month and there are no contracts. Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy: 1 hour is $100.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial visit will include a medical history, BP reading, BMI, Body Composition, Weight, Height, Circumference measurements, Walk test on a treadmill with a heart rate monitor, strength tests, and flexibility testing. Based on the test results, goals are set. The one time cost for the initial testing is $100
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the fitness field for over 30 years. I have taught all types of classes including, hi/lo aerobics, slide, step, strength and flexibility. I directed the aerobic department in a New York gym facility. I decided my passion was geared more toward personal one- on -one and small group settings. I have been a certified personal trainer for over 30 years. I have an ACE Personal Trainer Certification, GTS personal trainer certification, GTS post-rehab certification, and Power Plate Certification. Doctors in Tampa have referred several clients to me for various medical reasons. I have spent the last few years getting certified as a Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist.
