Snorkel: (5-6 yrs.) Mfg. off highway lifts. Designed and assisted assembly and proofing of Weld fixtures, Assembly and Paint Fixtures. Gardner Denver: (5-6 yrs.) Mfg. of rotary vain blowers. Designed and assisted in assembly of Machining & Grinding fixtures. TimberKing: (4-5yrs.) Mfg. of portable sawmills. Reversed engineered their entire machines and made solid models of the complete assemblies and broke them down for Parts Manuals and Bill of materials. Lake City Army Ammunition Plant Olins-Atk: (5+/- yrs.) Mfg. of small arms ammunition. Reverse engineered special machines for re-tooling disassembled test machine for part modification, Research & Develop cost affective or safety issues for existing machinery. EZ3D : (4 yrs.) Start up business for audio/visual installation components and a prototype speaker enclosure. Took customers ideas and sketches and created a prototype drawing for manufacturing. Created graphic designs for brochures and web site. Goodyear Tire & Rubber: (1+ yrs.) Mfg. of automotive, off highway belts and hoses. Did an ergonomic study to assess the employees benefits for a custom machine, designed a custom machine to make a process job safer. Ford Motor Company: (1+/- yrs.) Mfg. 1500 series Trucks Designed a special nut driving machine to run (4) Bolts in at a time and pre set torque for the U-Bolts and transmission mounts. Redesigned and manufactured an engine load sling. W.W. Graingers: (1+/- yrs.) Distribution center. Designed and manufactured a custom material handling cart. Pittsburg Corning: (1- yrs.) Mfg. of glass insulating blocks. Designed a material handling conveyor.
