- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on what the client wants. But I am typically well below industry standard and my fees are always transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Develop understanding. Get to know the client personally. Build trust. Find out their goals. 2. Work together to design a financial game plan to reach those goals. 3. Propose solutions to reach those goals. 4. Implement the agreed upon solution. Continually update and review the progress with the client.
