- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is different and every client is looking for something unique for themselves. We try to tailor our prices based on each client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out as much about them and their event as possible first. From there I make sure that our expectations are lined up and that we both know what each other is responsible for. Communication is key and I make sure I am available for any questions, concerns etc at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the restaurant/hospitality industry when I was 15. Twenty one years later I have done every job from busing to managing to bar-tending. The majority of my career was spent planning, coordinating and executing private events. This is a job you learn with on the job training, nothing can prepare you for what you will encounter other than just experiencing it.
